At Krop Kulture, we aim to deliver your favorite organic superfoods with care, speed, and transparency.

1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Customers will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Locations (Tier 2 & 3 Cities): 5–7 business days

Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

(Delivery times may vary due to courier partner operations, unforeseen delays, or festive seasons.)

 

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid and cash on delivery orders.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.

Orders can be tracked through our website or the courier partner’s portal.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

International shipping will be introduced soon.
